A well trained co-ed, Home Run staff will lead in a high energy class at AU Park (4500 Van Ness St NW, Washington, DC 20016), featuring plenty of batting practice, ground balls, fly balls, throwing drills and game time. The prime focus will be on deep rounds of batting practice including using live BP, a pitching machine and our 20+ hitting tees. We teach players to keep their head still, swing hardeer and learn to drive the ball with consistant contact. We also spend time on ground balls, teaching quick feet and soft hands. We run volume repetition drills where players can expect to get pushed to improve.

- 10 Dates: September 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, October 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, November 2th and 9th

9:00 am to 11:30 am
